["Fedorov
was born in 1947 and underwent preliminary training as commander of the
navigating unit at minesweeper in the Far Eastern naval college and became a
reservist. In 1968 he was drafted for two years and became commander of the
navigating unit at a minesweeper and decided to stay in the armed forces in
1971. Fedorov graduated from the Makarov Pacific higher naval
college in 1976, Military Naval Academy in 1979 and General Staff Academy in 2001. He served as commander of a
minesweeper, division, chief-of-staff of the naval areas security vessels
brigade, commander of a brigade, chief of the operations department and
chief-of-staff in the flotilla, head of the Pacific Fleet's mobilization
department, commander of the Maritime flotilla, chief-of-staff in the
fleet. Fedorov became commander of the Pacific Fleet in November last

torpedo compartment to head of a submarine. Sidenko was also deputy head
and later head of a submarine unit as well as chief-of-staff and first
deputy commander of the Kamchatka flotilla. Sidenko was appointed

completing Chernigov Higher Aviation School in 1977, he was assigned to Northern Fleet Naval Aviation. He mastered the newest deck-based

the Naval Academy imeni N. G. Kuznetsov, he flew in the North,
commanded a ship-based regiment, was deputy commander of an air division,
and was deputy chief and then also chief of Naval Aviation Combat Training. He completed the Higher Courses under
the RF Armed Forces General Staff Academy in 1999. He was appointed Pacific Fleet Air
Force chief of staff in February 2002.
Since 2003 he has been chief of Pacific Fleet Air Force and Air
