The UAV has become the central pillar in seeing the battlefield. As we downsize the force and make tradeoffs I want to ensure I understand the proponents’ expectations. [TSM UAV] talk to the proponents and discuss their requirements for UAVs; specifically, the top three requirements for a Brigade Commander’s UAV.
