  APPOINTMENT AS MEMBER TO NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE REVIEW OF THE 
  RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OF THE UNITED STATES INTELLIGENCE 
                               COMMUNITY

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to section 1002 of the Intelligence 
Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (P.L. 107-306) as amended by 
section 701(a)(3) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 
2010 (P.L. 111-259), and the order of the House of January 6, 2009, the 
Chair announces the Speaker's appointment of the following member on 
the part of the House to the National Commission for the Review of the 
Research and Development Programs of the United States Intelligence 
Community:
  Mr. Maurice Sonnenberg, New York, New York.
