Shora-e-Jehad
Shora-e-Jehad is claimed by India to be working at the behest of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence, with activities mostly confined to Jammu and Kashmir. The Shora-e-jehad has emphasised that Kashmiris would not accept anything short of the right to self-determination. The liberation struggle, it stressed, would be carried through to a logical conclusion. According to Indian officials, the Laskhar-e-Toiba and Shora-e-Jehad coordinate their operations with both the Babbar Khalsa International and the International Sikh Youth Federation [ISYF].
