A heated and fierce battle took place between the two parties which continued from dawn until sunset. | The Arabian Peninsula Al-Islah newsletter declared that one of the Mujahideen had died under torture in the Riyad prison. The Newsletter added that this youth, whose identity is not yet known, was one of the youth who participated in the Afghan Jihad against the Communist occupation. The Newsletter added its fear that other Muslim prisoners may be in an ominous situation due to the policies of unjust imprisonment, and torture which is carried out by the apostate regime against the Mujahideen inside the prisons. Prisoners in Ha`el prison are on a hunger strike in protest against the ill treatment from the prison guards who forbid prisoners from reading Islamic books inside the prison .Western Somalia The Mujahideen of the Islamic Union continued their attacks against the occupying Ethiopian forces causing heavy loss of life and equipment, among these being:
Occupied Kashmir Incoming reports indicate an increased deployment of Indian troops along the Pakistani border, particularly in the Ragozy Bounsh region in the state of Jammu Kashmir. Eyewitnesses reported that the Hindu forces have built new bases in the forests overlooking the mountain paths in an attempt to stop aid for the Kashmiri Mujahideen. On the operational front, the Mujahideen continued their strikes against Indian forces in many parts of the occupied states, most recent of these was a large scale operation in Safabora causing heavy losses to the enemy where 4 Mujahideen were martyred, we pray that Allah will accept them as martyrs and reward them in His Jannat. On another front, one of the Indian soldiers fired on his colleagues killing 5, 2 of whom were officers. The soldier has been arrested, but the reason for this firing on his colleagues is not known. However, what is noticeable is that the occupying Indian troops are suffering from stress and low morale as a result of the Jihad and the refusal of the Kashmiri people to accept their forceful occupation which is leaving them in a state of stress, fear, and terror .Sudan The Sudanese army, with the sof the People's Defence Units continued its victories othe Christian forces in the African Horn. The latest battles were centred in South Sudan after the Ethiopian and Eritrean armies failed to achieve their goals in the east and the west. Reports at hand indicate that Sudanese forces inflicted heavy losses on the Crusading Christians when they evacuated civilians from the city of Kompterbal after discovering the plans by the Garang militias to invade it. After heavy bombardment of the city by the Garang militias, they entered the city only to be trapped by Muslim troops, leading to a fierce battle which ended with the killing of 600 Christian mercenaries, whilst the Muslim forces and their allies won large quantities of heavy and light armament. Reports from the Sudanese forces have also indicated their recapture of expansive regions of the Nubah mountains to the West of Sudan. Hassan Uthman the governor of the state of Kardafan announced that the Sudanese army has regained the Taloushy mountains and achieved a large victory in Western Kardafan. On another front, reports of various international agencies reveal the extent of the American Israeli participation in the conspiracy against Sudan and its territory within Western policies in the African Horn. This became undeniable with the explosion of an Ethiopian military jet carrying 8 Israeli officers with documents containing plans to invade Sudan and also revealing the role of Mossad and the CIA in carrying out these plots and in training the appropriate people to help carry them out .Egypt The Pharaohic forces referred 60 Muslim youth to military tribunals under various accusations one of these being the accusation of membership in the Jihad group, as announced by the current Pharaoh. Another group were also referred to the military tribunal within days of the first group. Journalist sources revealed that the apostate authorities intend to execute 15 Muslims accused of the Suez events. Also worthy of mention is the fact that the Governing authorities are carrying out large scale arrests as they are laying various accusations against the Muslim youth leading to their executions or long term imprisonment in a desperate attempt to stop the coming Islamic Jihad which will, with the will of Allah, put a stop to the Pharaohic regime and its corruption .Afghanistan A new conspiracy against the Muslim government The Muslim government faced a new conspiracy led by one of the leaders of the Uzbeki Communist militias Abdul Malik. This traitor betrayed Taliban after joining them with his troops and welcoming their forces into the Northern States which they took after the expulsion of Dustum from Mazari Sheriff. After the entry of the Islamic forces into the city, these Communist militias waged well-planned attacks against the Taliban forces after controlling the supply paths which would bring provisions and ammunition to the Taliban. Heavy battles took place in the city leading to the withdrawal of the Muslim forces and their return to their strategic positions after the captured some of their leaders and fighters as a result of this nefarious plan which was formulated in Moscow and Uzbekistan, in a desperate attempt to stop the operation of uniting Afghanistan and cleansing it from the Communists and their allies. At the same time the forces of Masood waged a broad attack against the liberated regions to the north of the capital enabling them to enter some areas taking advantage of the distraction of the Islamic forces in their battles against the Uzbeki militias. This step came after a meeting between Ahmad Shah Masood with Russian officials in Tajikistan, and after the visit of an Iranian official to North Afghanistan and the closure of the Iranian border with Afghanistan, thus clarifying the extent of the new conspiracy which extends from Moscow to Uzbekistan and Tehran. The latest reports declare that the Islamic forces are preparing to wage a wide attack against North Afghanistan after reinforcing their ranks and bringing 20,000 fighters to the front lines. Their position has also been strengthened after the announcement of one of the Jihad leaders Shaikh Haqqani of his readiness to send 50,000 Mujahid to fight alongside the government . Greece Jordan - Assabeel: A Greek court has sentenced 14 Muslims from the village of Kuyniku which belongs to Iskaja in West Traqy to various prison terms under the charge of: "repairing a mosque without obtaining a permit." This court punished Shu'ban Idris, the Imam of the village with four months imprisonment, and 13 other villagers with 20 days in prison. The trial was attended by the members of the Committee for Human Rights in the Turkish Parliament, and large numbers of the Muslim Turkish minority in Traqia. The Muslim citizens of this village had obtained a repair permit in the previous year, however, the Greek authorities stopped them from commencing the work on the excuse that the minaret was higher than needed. The Greek police then closed the mosque leading to violence between the residents and the police . The United States News has come of the worsening health of Shaikh Omar Adul Rahman may Allah protect him, leading to some false rumours of his death. In addition to his solitary confinement in prison which adds the psychological pressure on him, the Doctor suffers from illnesses which are worsening due to the lack of treatment and the neglect which he is suffering in his prison. The Jama'a Islamia in Egypt, and the fighting Jama'a Islamia in Libya have warned condemning the treatment of the Shaikh and the conditions which he is placed under, and which are in breach of basic human rights which the United States claims to uphold. These groups have warned the American government against any ill treatment to the symbols of Jihad in the American prisons, promising revenge in the event of his death. Muslim groups in the United States have also embarked on demonstrations demanding his release from prison and demanding that he be treated in a manner befitting his scholarly position .
