Lebanon
The terrorist state of "israel" launched a fierce criminal offensive on the un-armed civilians in Southern Lebanon, with complete back-up from the US government.
The situation become more tragic when the Zionists opened their aircraft, artillery and missile fire on civilian targets, which led to the killing and injury of hundreds, as was witnessed in the Fijian UN peacekeeping centre where over 100 civilians composing of mostly women and children were massacred.
This is in addition to huge losses in the Bekka valley and the southern suburbs of Beirut.
Observers say that the US-backed offensive aims at:
a- Eliminating and un-arming the resistance, because of its threat towards the security of "israel".
b- Opening the door wide open for the Lebanese army to spread in the southern region and protect the borders of "israel", just like the other Arab armies.
c- Eliminating the will of Jihad, in application to the decision taken by the "Peace" makers summit that took place in Cairo.
Mujahideen were able by Allah's Grace to wipe out 2 Russian military convoys.
In the first ambush near the city of Shatoi south of Grozni, Mujahideen had taken up positions around the hills surrounding the mountain pass. Upon the arrival of enemy tanks Mujahideen set off several tank mines destroying a number of tanks and armed vehicles; they then opened fire at the convoy from all directions.
The battle resulted in the killing of a number of Russian generals and an unidentified number of soldiers. Around 50 tanks and vehicles were destroyed, while Mujahideen took over 12 tanks, several other vehicles, artillery pieces and several Milan Missile launchers along with huge cash of food and ammunition supplies.
In the second ambush, the "Soldiers of Allah" battalion took positions on the road between Grozni and Videno, where an enemy convoy was expected.
Mujahideen waited for over three days, during which the Russian planes raided their positions.
When the Russian convoy finally arrived, Mujahideen blew up the 27 remote controlled mines they had planted along the way. Within seconds, tens of armored vehicles and tanks disappeared and turned into twisted metal and pulverised enemy bodies. Mujahideen then launched a fierce attack on the rest of the convoy as hundreds of enemy soldiers ran away.

In a historic move, the Azhar Scholars Front issued a communiqué severely criticizing the government appointed Sheikh Al-Azhar, Sayyid Tantawi, who is considered a close collaborator with the criminal Mubarak regime.
The Communiqué stressed that those Palestinians who blow themselves up in Palestine are the best of all Martyrs. The Communiqué dismissed an earlier Fatwa given by Tantawi, in which he said Palestinians who blow themselves up while killing Jews in Palestine were not Martyrs.
The Communiqué included a large number of historical facts, Qur'anic verses and Hadeeth of the Prophet (s.a.w.) and concluded that it is Halal (allowed and legitimate) for Palestinians to blow themselves up in order to kill Jews, with one condition: their Niyya, or intention, must be purely for Allah and His religion.
The Communiqué also stated that Palestine, the holy land, is more worthy of sacrificing the soul, and of spending the money and blood, and that its Martyrs are the best of martyrs with Allah. The Communiqué stressed that Israel is Dar Harb (a state of war with Muslims), and there is no safety or safe haven for any occupier of the land. It also stated that the Jews who occupy Palestine are without difference between a civilian and a soldier, they are all people of war.
The communiqué then stressed that the state of war between Muslims and Israelis can not be abolished or changed until the complete land of Palestine is freed from the Jewish occupation through Jihad, the armed act encompassing Muslim struggle against evil on earth.
In a clear blow to US policies in Northern Africa, the Muslim population of Sudan voted for Islam in the latest Presidential and parliamentary elections. This was reflected by the overwhelming victory of Islamist candidates in the different parts of the country.
This latest victory for Islam in Sudan proves that the crusade US conspiracies in collaboration with Uganda, Ethiopia, Eriteria and "israel" was fruitless. The above countries contributed in military attacks on the southern region, in an attempt to destroy the economy and therefore the pro-Islam regime.
Sudanese officials said that the current campaign on Sudan targets Islam, and that the people of Sudan has chosen Islam and will not let go of it until the establishment of the Just Rule.
