- Scout modernization includes both interim fixes to increase the effectiveness of current systems and a comprehensive solution to provide an optimized solution for scout platform requirements.
- Current Scout Bradley's will be upgraded with second generation FLIRs, laser range finders and far target location capabilities as part of the Bradley modernization plan.
- HMMWV will receive LRAS3 additions to improve their stand of detection and identification capabilities.
