• Contributes to dominant situational awareness

• First and foremost Commander’s system -- priority of info to Commander, S3, FSCOORD

• Keeps pace with the Brigade -- OPTEMPO displacement/emplacement; launch and recovery

• C4I linked -- ABCS, CGS
