V-O-A Correspondent Alex Belida reports from Johannesburg. TEXT: U-S and South African authorities have had no official comment on the reported arrests. But the "Cape Argus" newspaper reports one Tanzanian man is already in custody while a manhunt continues for several accomplices believed hiding in the Cape area. The "Cape Times" newspaper reports several suspects have been detained. It says the suspects are not South Africans, but gives no further details. U-S officials have already indicted more than one- dozen people in connection with the embassy bombings, some of whom are in custody and others who remain at- large. They include Saudi-born fugitive Osama Bin Laden, the suspected mastermind of the twin bomb attacks. A five-million-dollar reward has been posted for information leading to the capture of those involving in the bombings.
