THE TALEBAN COURT SAYS IT WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY CHARGES AGAINST MR. BIN LADEN AFTER NOVEMBER 20TH. LAST WEEK, U-S OFFICIALS FORMALLY INDICTED MR.
