THAT IS IN ADDITION TO FIVE MILLION DOLLARS APPROVED BY CONGRESS TO ESTABLISH THE PRAGUE-BASED RADIO FREE IRAQ THAT WILL BROADCAST ARABIC PROGRAMMING INTO THE COUNTRY.
