The Home Minister has held Pakistan's Inter Services Intelligence ISI responsible for the bomb blasts in Delhi and elsewhere in the country. Addressing a BJP meeting last evening Mr L K Advani said that the crime graph in the capital is on the rise. The Delhi Chief Minister, Sahib Singh Verma said that about 5000 personnel would be inducted to further strengthen the police force to tackle the law and order situation in the city. Meanwhile, the death toll in yesterday's bomb explosion at the Kashmiri gate bus terminal in the capital has gone up to two with one more victim succumbing to his injuries. The Delhi Chief Minister has announced an Ex-Gratia payment of one lakh rupees each to the next of kin of those who died in the explision and 10,000 rupees to the injured. According to police sources, raids have been conducted at several places in the city but they are still clueless about the identity of culprits. Patrolling has been intensified.
