MR. SAMPER'S U-S VISA WAS REVOKED IN 1996 BY THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION BECAUSE OF CHARGES HIS 1994 ELECTION CAMPAIGN BENEFITED FROM DRUG MONEY.
