PALESTINIAN POLICE RELAY INTELLIGENCE TO ISRAELI SECURITY

  The Palestinian police transferred information to the General
Security Service on planned attacks against Israeli targets,
YEDIOT AHARONOT reported.
  Using this information, the IDF imposed a closure on the Gaza
Strip, and has reinforced the Gush Katif region and all entry
points to Israel from Gaza.
  The intelligence was relayed as part the cooperation  between
the Palestinian police and Israel's security establishment.
  Meanwhile, the Palestinian police arrested 17 Hamas activists
suspected of being involved in the plan and reinforced its
presence on the Gaza Strip's main roads.
