SL-9 Proton 1 Rollout
Mission: 1018-2 -- 31 March 1965 -- Frame: 117 F
The SL-9, D, UR-500 Proton 1 Booster was caught being rolled out of its horizontal assembly building on the way to its double launch site in March 1965. This was probably one of several rollouts and rollbacks prior to its first successful launch on 16 July 1965.
