This supplement applies to the Air Intelligence Agency staff offices and subordinate units. It does not apply to AIA-gained Air National Guard or the Air Force Reserve units.
SUMMARY OF REVISIONSEstablishes requirements for an orders
log and provides general guidelines and specific instructions
for each type of orders to respective offices of primary responsibility
(OPR). Reference new instructions on the use of T series orders
and defines the responsibility for maintenance and disposition
of record copies.2.4. Each OPR designates the approving and authenticating
officials with at least one alternate for each official. Type
on orders "Official-Air Intelligence Agency" if a seal
is used. Seals can be ordered through local supply channels.3.11.
Create a template for the information to be printed on the reverse
side of the orders. Consult AFI 65-128, Temporary Duty Orders,
for an order back for "T" series orders. 4.2.3.1.
Establish an orders log for each series of orders published, use
a general purpose form or computer listing. Use the orders log
to verify record sets that are ready to transfer to a staging
area.4.2.4. AIA personnel who prepare, authenticate, and publish
orders are responsible for the maintenance and disposition of
