IM PROCESS REVIEW GUIDE
This pamphlet is used as a management tool. It is not directive, it cannot be used as authority to establish or implement procedures. It may contain items that are not governed by directives; however, its contents are based on proven management principles. All subordinate units that have or perform 16G1 (11XX) functions may use this pamphlet. This pamphlet also applies to Air Intelligence Agency (AIA)-gained Air National Guard units. It does not apply to the Air Force Reserve Unit.

Updates references, changes Air Force Intelligence Command to AIA, substantially revises the Privacy Act Program according to the new AFI 37-132, Air Force Privacy Act Program, and updates the customer account representative (CAR) procedures.

1. Using This Pamphlet. To complete this process guide, review each question and verify the function's status; consider requirements which appear in conflict with theater policy (oversea units) as "not applicable." In these cases, comply with theater policy and send a letter to the Chief, Office of Information Management (HQ AIA/IM), 102 Hall Blvd, Ste 123, San Antonio TX 78243-7039, giving details and unit recommendations.
2. Quality Air Force Assessments (QAFA). This pamphlet is used to identify, improve, and assist in finding errors in the processes. The functional assessment of QAFA will verify a unit's processes are in compliance with Air Force policy directives and instructions.
3. Recommending Changes. Submit recommended changes to this pamphlet to the Plans and Programs Branch (HQ AIA/IMX), 102 Hall Blvd, Ste 123, San Antonio TX 78243-7039.
