3.2. Participates in the conduct of information operations by providing all-source finished intelligence and data exploitation products and services on current and future foreign capabilities and intentions.

3.3. Provides Air Force-specific intelligence applications support, including conventional mission planning, target materials, multisource analysis, operational intelligence, and simulator validation (SIMVAL).

3.4. Provides support to treaty, United Nations resolution, and weapons monitoring activities (for example, START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty), CFE (Conventional Forces Europe), and Open Skies). Includes efforts related to nonproliferation in support of US foreign policy objectives.

3.5. Serves as DIA or intelligence community executive agent for:

3.5.1. Foreign instrumentation signals (FIS) processing as designated by the deputy director for Central Intelligence.

3.5.2. Scientific and Technical Intelligence Information Support Program (STIISP) as designated by DIA.

3.5.4. Foreign materiel exploitation responsibilities as designated by DIA.

3.5.5. Measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) processing, exploitation, and dissemination as designated by DIA.
