Description of Instruction Event: This instruction provides a basic knowledge of voice Collection Operations and proper use of Signal Analysis documents and terms. The instruction also covers the basics of signal/target identification using traffic internals and external analysis to effectively employ US SIGINT/EW assets, develop targets, and provide combat information.
