The DIA Threat Data Document (TDD) is based on the TSO-approved Standard Validation Criteria and serves as the threat baseline for simulator development and validation. This baseline and TDD is compiled by the analyst at the S&TI Center responsible for the system being simulated/modeled.
The TDD provides the developers and SIMVAL with threat data or estimates for each SVC parameter listed in the SVC Tables derived for the system being simulated or modeled. The TDD contains a narrative threat definition, technical parameters (the SVC table) and any appropriate plots, diagrams, schematics, etc. appropriate for the developers and validaters. Once the TDD is written, it must be approved by DIA before being officially released as a product of the S&TI Center.
