                              APPOINTMENTS

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Chair, on behalf of the majority leader, 
after consultation with the chairman of the Select Committee on 
Intelligence, and pursuant to the provisions of Public Law 107-306, as 
amended by Public Law 111-259, announces the appointment of the 
following individuals to serve as members of the National Commission 
for Review of Research and Development Programs of the United States 
Intelligence Community: Gilman Louie of California and Troy Wade of 
Nevada.
