As required by law, the Commission on the Roles and Capabilities of the U.S. Intelligence Community has submitted its "work plan" to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).

The work plan reflects the scope of the Commission' s inquiry to date; however, new issues are likely to surface and the scope of the study is likely to change as work proceeds.

Because the inquiry is a work in progress, the Commission will not provide additional comment on the substance of the study in the near future.
